You are in the right place. 

I started this website because I love sharing my knowledge about health and fitness and hope to inspire you along your health journey.

How did all of this begin?

Well, working as a personal trainer for 9 years, I had hundreds of clients pass before me who believed that if only they exercised that little bit harder, they would finally lose weight.

However, I observed the opposite to be true – my clients were just not losing weight. They were following fad diets, would lose a little bit of weight initially, but then pile it all back on plus so much more once they stopped their diet.

They were stuck in the calories in/calories out mentality of “if I eat less and move more, I will lose weight.” Yet, they were not seeing results.

After seeing too many clients not getting the results they wanted, I felt frustrated.

Not only were my clients not seeing the results they were after, but I was feeling unfulfilled and like I was failing too.

I knew there had to be a better way to lose weight.

I decided to read every book I could find on the matter and devoted myself to discovering a no-fad approach to permanent weight loss. I applied the knowledge I had gained from studying naturopathy and I worked one-on-one with a few select clients to test out my approach.

And…it worked!

Here at dinasavitz.com, my highest intention and goal is to share what I know about health and fitness, especially effortless weight loss, with as many people as I possibly can.

Sometimes, my work looks like individualised consultations where we sit down together in my clinic and run through a top-to-toe scan of what’s going on in your body. I prescribe herbal medicine, supplements and foods specific for you.

Other times, it’s through my brand new online programs.

Ultimately, all of my work is about helping people improve their health & wellbeing.

I specialize in fitness and permanent weight loss, not through fads & gimmicks, but through sane, simple lifestyle changes — backed by science.

Because the world is a better place when we are in tune and listen to our body.
