When most ten year old girls were reading stories about princesses and unicorns, I was obsessed with self-help books.

I dreamed of becoming a self-help expert for a magazine – and I started my journey, early.

Today, I am a personal trainer and naturopath, and I have devoted my life to helping people improve their health & wellbeing. I specialize in fitness and permanent weight loss, not through fads & gimmicks, but through sane, simple lifestyle changes — backed by science.

One of my beautiful clients has described me as “personal, caring and supportive” in our training sessions together, while another declared me to be “realistic and highly passionate, but not in a preachy way.”

My tips on health, nutrition & weight loss have been featured on Nourishing Hub, GoodnessMe Box, and in the corporate Bupa magazine, one of the leading healthcare companies.

When I’m not working (or working out) with clients, you can find me out running, sipping on a good coffee or searching for new headbands to add to my ever-growing collection.
