Do you remember when you last put YOU first?

In celebration of my son’s 2nd birthday last week (yay, I made it!) , I am running a contest called “No, I don’t want it”

Here’s how it works:

“No, I don’t want it” was inspired by my 2 year old’s love of saying “no, I don’t want it” to everything (even things he really actually wants and takes from my hand after he says no…!).

This contest is all about putting YOU first, and getting you to say a big fat NO when something doesn’t feel right for you. It’s your chance to act like a typical 2 year old, and think all about ME.

Being healthy is not just about what you eat or drink and how much you exercise. It’s also about listening to your gut, putting yourself first, and learning when to say no, even when it’s hard.

How to enter:


Simply write a comment on this blog post with a story of how saying “no” resulted in an improvement in your health, it could be something simple like “I went to bed early instead of going out with a friend after work” (scroll all the way down to the bottom of this page to post your comment).

The deadline to enter is Thursday 2nd November at 7pm: This contest is running for 3 days only – I’m not interested in long essays, simply listen to your gut and think about a time you recently said “no” and felt a change in your health, then tell me about it!

The big winner will receive a ticket to one of my personalized Naked Foods Shopping Tours – time out for YOU to focus on what you need for your own health.

EVERYONE who enters will get a sweet prize just for participating (it’s a surprise!) and ALL the prizes will be doled out early next week.
