Gluten Free Donuts
Happy Chanukah! I hope you enjoy making these gluten free, dairy free, baked not fried donuts at home :)
Recipe type: Dessert
: 10-12 donuts
  • 2 cups blanched almond meal/flour
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 TBS coconut oil, melted
  • 3 TBS maple syrup or honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees C fan forced and grease donut pans with coconut oil
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
  3. Divide batter evenly between the 12 moulds and give the pan a bit of a shake to help the batter settle
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, keeping an eye on the donuts and take them out when the edges start to brown
  5. Allow donuts to cool before removing them from the pan
