Now that you’ve got all the tools to start you on your journey to Effortless Fat Loss, it’s time to choose a date and BEGIN.

As a reminder – this program does not have an exercise component – if you are exercising already, that’s great, but crazy exercise regimes are not necessary for fat loss. Simply moving every day and doing some type of resistance training 2-3 times a week is enough.
