As a mum, I’ve been in your shoes. I know what it’s like to have no time for myself, to not be able to exercise and to grab chocolate at any opportunity in an attempt at an energy hit. I can show you how to start exercising regularly, stop eating junk food all the time and finally have enough energy to get through your day (regardless of how little sleep you’re getting at night).

There are two different options available to you - either the online program with general support via a private facebook group, or the online program + consultations which includes one-on-one consultations with me which provides you with extra support outside of the facebook group.

Exercise videos that you can do at home - making it super easy for you to start working out, with no equipment needed, and you can even hold your baby for some of the sessions
Mindset lessons to help with the challenges of being a mum who wants to be healthy and look after yourself, while also looking after your kids - these are invaluable at helping you feel better and reach your goals

30 minute pre-program consultation either in person or via video call to go through your questionnaire with you, take your measurements and give you individualised supplement and nutrition advice to help you achieve your own specific goals (valued at $100)
Weekly 10 minute check in phone consultations to keep you on track with your nutrition, exercise and mindset (valued at $200 for all 4 consultations)
30 minute consultation in the final week of the program to re-do measurements and chat about ways you can keep up the changes and incorporate them into your life (valued at $100)
If you’re someone who gets nervous that trying a new health regime will mean starting something you’ll easily fail at, that’s not the case for this program. Dina’s program has a gradual introduction, is not overwhelming and is definitely do-able for mums

I signed up to Dina's program because I felt like I needed to start thinking about me. When my baby was born, I started putting her needs before my own, and this was the first time in 9 months I started to think about myself. The program helped guide me through what foods to eat, how to incorporate exercise at home while still looking after my baby and gave me an opportunity to change my mindset. The program is balanced, you're not pushed into an uncomfortable place but you're pushed enough to be motivated to change.
