The health app I’m currently hooked to

What does your current exercise routine look like? If you’re a little bored of it…read on 🙂

Personally – I’ve always been a bit sporadic. I’ve been known to spend 3 months at one gym in Rose Bay…then the following 2 months at a pilates studio in Bronte…then 1 week at a yoga studio in Clovelly – basically, I get bored easily and it’s very rare I sign up to a gym membership.

I like working out at home and outdoors with my own equipment – but I also enjoy going to different classes where I don’t have to think about what I’m doing.

New gyms excite me (yes, it’s the little things in life…) and I’m always up for buying a 10 pass to try it out for a few weeks.

But now, I no longer have to do this – my dream app has launched, in the form of KFit.

What is this health app I’m hooked to?

An app available on both iPhones and Androids, KFit allows members to access hundreds of fitness studios, gyms and facilities via their online platform. Wherever members are located, they can try new activities at different studios, every day, at convenient locations and times, making it easier and more fun to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.

So whether you like circuit training, bootcamps, boxing, pilates, barre, dance or yoga – there’s a class for you. The app also gives you access to fun activities such as indoor rock climbing as well as open gym access.

You can never get bored as there are 100+ classes per day to choose from – and you can book them in 1 week ahead, giving you the chance to plan out your week of exercise sessions.

The best part about KFit?

Your first month is free. Apple users – Click here to download the app and start using it from tomorrow and Android users – click here.

Last week I did a yoga class down by the beach…this week, I’m trying out a few more sessions – let me know what you get up to!

Have a great week of training,

Dina x
